Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and ensure the highest standard of patient care while collaborating with social services and rehabilitation teams.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long-term care facility providing compassionate and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team! As an RN Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with other RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, serving our valued residents. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Shift Details

• Full-time position available for the 2:30pm to 10:30pm shift, Monday-Friday.

• Evening and night shifts available.

• Now offering $7.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift!

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
