Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is hiring CNAs at Seabrook Village to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Multiple part-time and per diem shifts are available, including day, night, and weekend options.

Compensation ranges from $22–$26 per hour, with $25 per diem and a $1 shift differential for evenings and nights. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of CNA experience, current state CNA certification, and basic computer skills; CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living activities.

• Follow residents' personal care plans honoring preferences.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.

• Part time weekends
• Per diem (all shifts).

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
