Job summary

Opis Senior Services Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and day-to-day activities on assigned shifts in a Florida facility.

The role reports to the Director of Nursing and emphasizes adherence to regulatory standards to ensure high-quality resident care, with shifts including 3p-11p and weekends for part-time options.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment is required.
• BSN preferred as qualification.
• IV certification indicates procedural competency.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• English reading/writing/speaking ability is required; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care.
• Assess residents on admission and during changes in condition.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care as needed, including ADLs, meals, meds, treatments, and activities.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

Current RN license in the state of employment

Peripheral IV certification

CPR/BLS certification

English language proficiency

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees day‑to‑day nursing activities during assigned shifts. All responsibilities must align with accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.

• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.

• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.

• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

• Current RN license in the state of employment

• Peripheral IV certification

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
