Job summary

Parkside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals in DeLand, Florida. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing staff and oversee day-to-day activities during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities include care planning, resident assessments, rounds, and providing or coordinating direct resident care. Qualifications include BSN preferred, current FL RN license, IV, CPR/BLS, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful.

• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
