Kensington Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Clearwater, FL seeks an RN Supervisor for a full-time 3p-11p shift to lead nursing staff, review care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated resident care and updates to care plans.
• Assess residents on admission and as condition changes.
• Perform rounds to evaluate status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care including activities of daily living, meals, medications, and therapies.

RN Supervisor

Shift: Full Time 3p-11p

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals at Kensington Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Clearwater, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Peripheral IV certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
