Nexus at Chicago Heights is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care operations and support nursing staff in our long-term care facility.
You will lead a team of RNs, LPNs and CNAs, ensure care plans are followed, administer medications as ordered, and maintain accurate documentation to uphold high clinical standards.
The ideal candidate holds an active Illinois RN license, CPR certification, at least three years in long-term care, and prior supervisory experience.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Current CPR Certification
Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
