Job summary

Nexus Health seeks a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead resident care operations and support nursing staff at our Illinois facility.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, oversee care plans, administer medications, ensure accurate documentation, and monitor regulatory compliance to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care.
• Strong understanding of care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to administer medications and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
