Nexus at Chicago Heights is seeking a dedicated RN to supervise resident care operations and support our nursing team in a long‑term care setting. You will lead RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring care plans are followed and documentation is accurate.

Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Position Overview:

In this role, you will oversee resident care operations, support nursing staff, and help maintain a high standard of clinical excellence within our facility. If you are a dedicated RN with strong leadership skills and a passion for long-term care, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule:

4pm to 12am

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation
• Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
