Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care operations, support nursing staff, and help maintain a high standard of clinical excellence within our facility.

You are an experienced RN with strong leadership skills, ready to supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, ensure care plans and medication administration are followed, and maintain accurate resident documentation while monitoring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois
• CPR Certification required
• Minimum of 3 years in long-term care
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Overseeing resident care and ensuring adherence to care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
