Complete Care at Severna Park is hiring an RN Supervisor to oversee resident care and staff on the evening shift in a full-time role. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, and pay is negotiable based on experience. The position emphasizes advancement opportunities and dedicated support to a high-quality care environment.

Licensed Maryland RN with long-term care experience is required. The role includes leadership responsibilities, staff oversight, and close collaboration with residents’ families

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and references; satisfactory physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: help implement and revise care plans; monitor health conditions and respond to status changes.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: supervise care assignments, manage coverage, evaluate staff performance and lead training.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families and providers and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges, and ensure record accuracy.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status, care expectations, and guide direct care skills.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy
