Complete Care at Severna Park is seeking an LPN for direct resident care in Severna Park, MD. You will administer medications, monitor both physical and mental health status, and work with a care team to support safe, compassionate, and effective care plans.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• Pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Wound care and pain management with dressings.
• Monitor health status and analyze data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care, and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families on health status and care expectations.
• Document health status, care provided, progress and interactions.
• Oversee and delegate CNA duties to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing the individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
