Job summary

Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab in Salisbury, NC seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality resident care.

You will lead and mentor the nursing team, participate in QA initiatives, and collaborate with physicians to optimize care plans. Strong communication and adult care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• RN degree or approved program completion.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to use electronic documentation.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff including Charge Nurses and RNs.
• Assist with admissions, care plans, and resident records.
• Participate in QA and PI initiatives.
• Monitor medication administration and conduct rounds.
• Provide staff training and evaluations.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
