Job summary

Rialtohealth in Rialto, California, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to coordinate the administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and shift, ensuring an effective and efficient environment for residents, families, and staff.

You will lead nursing operations, monitor productivity and quality metrics, inform families about procedures, handle complaints, and maintain up‑to‑date records.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program required.
• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in California.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
• Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions.
• Handle complaints or other issues.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met
• Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions
• Handle complaints or other issues
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends
• Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures
• Handles Admissions
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program required
• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in California
• Current valid CPR certification required
