Job summary

Coronahealthcenter is seeking an RN Supervisor in California to lead clinical and administrative functions for a defined resident population, ensuring an efficient and high-quality care environment. You will supervise nursing staff, monitor quality metrics, and support families and residents.

The role emphasizes maintaining standards, reporting on productivity, and providing compassionate care while collaborating with the care team to continuously improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program.
• Current California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met
• Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions
• Handle complaints or other issues
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends
• Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures
• Handles Admissions
• Other tasks as assigned

RN Supervisor Summary:

• Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program required
• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in California
• Current valid CPR certification required
