Job summary

Corona Post Acute in Corona, CA is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and time frame, ensuring a safe, compassionate environment for residents and families.

The role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and 2–4 years of direct patient care experience with supervisory responsibility in a skilled nursing setting. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth within a caring team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program required
• Must possess current, unencumbered RN license (California)
• Current valid CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met
• Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions
• Handle complaints or other issues
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends
• Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures
• Handles Admissions
• Other tasks as assigned
