Laconia Nursing Home, Inc in the Bronx is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care, compliance with regulations, and effective case management.

Qualifications

• Long-term Care experience preferred.
• Valid RN license required.
• 2-4 years management experience.
• Knowledge of City, State and Federal regulations pertaining to licensed skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families.
• Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records.
• Create appropriate care plans for residents
• Handle all supervisory duties for assigned units, including overseeing LPNs and CNAs that report to you
• Help establish and implement employmentpolicies and procedures
• Maintain the standards of care for the units
• Review Resident records & quality of care
• Monitor overall care & review individual Residents’ cases
• Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
