Job summary

Laconia Nursing Home in the Bronx is seeking an experienced RN to join our leadership team. You will lead nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities include supervising units, auditing records, creating care plans, and addressing family questions while maintaining regulatory compliance and a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2–4 years management experience.
• Knowledge of City, State and Federal regulations pertaining to licensed skilled nursing facilities.
• Long-term Care experience preferred.
