Qualifications

• Long-term Care experience preferred.
• Valid RN license required.
• 2-4 years management experience.
• Knowledge of City, State and Federal regulations pertaining to licensed skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to assigned units, supervising LPNs and CNAs.
• Create and implement care plans for residents.
• Audit resident and department records to maintain documentation of care.
• Establish a compassionate environment and support residents and families.
• Oversee employment policies and procedures within units.
• Maintain standards of care and review residents’ records and outcomes.
• Address questions or complaints from residents or families.
