Job summary

Beacon Rehab and Nursing Center in Rockaway, NY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. As an RN Supervisor, you will support the DON in day-to-day nursing operations, oversee direct care staff, perform direct patient care when needed, and uphold infection-control policies and medication procedures.

You will document care in patient and department records and promote continuity among teams.

Qualifications

• Valid New York RN license.

Job Summary/Responsibilities:
