Job summary

Empro-Staffing is hiring four Full-Time Nursing Supervisors for 7AM-3PM in Far Rockaway, NY 11691. You’ll oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

As an RN Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of LPNs and CNAs, perform rounds, manage emergencies, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams. Weekend and per-diem opportunities are available, with weekly pay and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum 1.5 years of supervisory experience in LTC or skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire teams.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and communication.
• Flexibility for weekend or overnight schedules.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team with confidence, directing LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Manage emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Communicate openly with families and healthcare teams for collaborative care.

Agency RN - Nurse Supervisor

Pay Rate: $65/hr. (weekly pay; every Thursday)

OT & Holiday Rate: $97.50/hr.
