Job summary

Millington Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in a skilled nursing facility dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for residents.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum years of SNF experience with geriatric and long-term care.

Responsibilities

RN Supervisor

Join our team at Millington Healthcare, a Skilled Nursing Facility, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients and their families.

As a RN Supervisor at Millington Healthcare, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service to our patients. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide short-term and long-term care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patient needs are being met, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary

• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members

• Monitor and coordinate patient care to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous growth and improvement of patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee
