Job summary

Millington Healthcare in Millington, TN is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in providing high-quality short-term and long-term resident care. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will coordinate care plans, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will play a key role in rounds, quality improvement, and maintaining a positive work environment, supporting both staff and residents in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards for SNFs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans with providers and interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct regular rounds and adjust care plans as needed.

As a RN Supervisor at Millington Healthcare, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service to our patients. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide short-term and long-term care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patient needs are being met, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members
• Monitor and coordinate patient care to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous growth and improvement of patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee
