Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC in Tennessee seeks a full-time LPN or RN Supervisor to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team. The candidate must hold a Tennessee LPN or RN license and can evaluate and treat residents independently, performing functional therapeutic activities to improve resident experience.

The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, and supervising CNAs, with communication across physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN or RN license is required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision.
• Desire to perform functional therapeutic activities for geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care units.
• Medication administration including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated LPN or RN to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of TN, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
