Job summary

Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center in Massapequa, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift on a part-time basis. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate with the DON/ADON, and oversee resident care to ensure compliance and quality.

Qualifications include an active NY RN license and at least 2 years in long-term care or rehabilitation; supervisory experience is preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This part-time role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who enjoys mentoring staff and ensuring exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support daily nursing operations

• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations

• Assist with state surveys and regulatory audits

• Address and resolve clinical or staffing concerns to maintain a safe and high-quality care environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation
