Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center in Massapequa, NY is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This part-time leadership role focuses on mentoring staff and maintaining high-quality resident care in a busy long-term care setting.

You will collaborate with the DON and ADON, supervise nursing staff, monitor rounds, assist with surveys, and address staffing concerns to sustain safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
