Job summary

Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center in Massapequa, NY is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team. This role focuses on clinical excellence, resident safety, and collaborative leadership.

You will oversee the nursing unit, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN License required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
