Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking a RN for direct care in Hyattsville, MD. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years in long-term care and MD RN licensure.

Join a team delivering skilled nursing and therapy services, with opportunities for growth and a strong focus on resident-centered care. You’ll administer meds, support care planning, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate individualized care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of long-term care experience is required.
• Licensed registered nurse (RN) in Maryland is mandatory.
• Ability to work with residents, families, and a care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, and injectable forms.
• Perform wound care, manage pain, and apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor resident changes.
• Create, update and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Document health status, care provided, and progress.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
