Job summary

Exton Post Acute in Exton, PA is hiring an RN Supervisor for a full-time position. The role provides clinical leadership, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports safe, high-quality resident care.

The RN Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate care, and promote a positive work environment, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active PA RN license.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
