Exton Post Acute in Exton, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. You will provide skilled nursing care and monitor residents, following individualized care plans to maintain health and dignity.

The position requires PA RN licensure and BLS; same-day pay is available, with competitive pay at $37–$46 per hour and a supportive, compassionate team focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered PA RN license is required.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) is required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and individual care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
