Job summary

Willow Grove Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff in a 109-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting in Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes compassionate resident care and strong clinical leadership.

Starting pay ranges from $38 to $60 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth. This is a full-time position with every other weekend shifts and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
