Exton Post Acute in Exton, PA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. You'll deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and ensure care plans align with standards.

Qualified candidates hold a PA RN license, valid BLS, and can manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting. Exton Post Acute offers comprehensive benefits and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
