Job summary

Northampton Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Easton, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver safe, high-quality resident care.

This 2nd shift role offers full-time hours 3pm-11pm and, for some, part-time 7am-3pm on weekends. Benefits include health, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement, with daily pay options.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered PA RN license.
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
  • Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • No supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

  • Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.

  • Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
  • Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
  • Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
