Sapphire-Health- in East Stroudsburg, PA is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, in-person role. You will oversee Nursing Department staff, coordinate care plans with physicians and therapists, and ensure high-quality resident care.

The successful candidate will lead staff, participate in quality improvement initiatives, manage record-keeping, and respond to emergencies with CPR and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with supervisory experience.
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
