Diamond Healthcare is seeking an experienced Supervisor RN for a full-time, in-person role in the East Stroudsburg area. You will oversee Nursing Dept staff, coordinate with physicians, and participate in quality initiatives to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, communicates well, and can handle emergencies including CPR while maintaining accurate resident records and supporting daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a care setting.
• CPR certification and ability to handle emergencies.
• Strong communication with physicians, therapists and social services.

Seeking an experienced and talented Supervisor, Registered Nurse for a full-time position. A successful candidate for this position will need to be compassionate and attentive, as well as flexible and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities
