Complete Care - Connecticut is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Groton Regency in Groton, CT. You will administer medications, perform treatments per physician orders, and document patient status in the care plan, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.

Qualifications

Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

License

• Must have an active RN Registered Nurse license within the state of Connecticut
