Job summary

The Blossoms in Berryville, AR is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations in a long-term care setting. You will lead rounds, coordinate medication administration, treatments, and physician consultations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

We value strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills, plus the ability to work with minimal supervision. A current Arkansas RN license and deep experience in long-term care are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a long-term care environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents.
