Job summary

Blossomsrnc in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will perform rounds, monitor residents' physical, emotional and social needs, and collaborate with physicians. The role requires AR licensure or compact license, long term care experience preferred, strong communication and leadership skills. Every other weekend schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and licensed in AR or carry a compact license.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents.
• Prepare and administer medications charts as required.
• Administer treatments.
