Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Stroke Program and participate in performance improvement data collection and functions.
• Develop and implement initiatives, policies and procedures related to stroke care and staff education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on problem identification, cost containment, and implementation of new services and performance measures.
