Shea Online in Elmhurst, IL is recruiting an RN Stroke Program Coordinator to lead the stroke/neuroscience program and drive quality patient care. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing, and other teams to ensure comprehensive education and care delivery across the continuum.

The role requires Illinois RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, and AHA CPR certification, with preferred 3+ years in RN Neuro/Stroke settings. Standard weekday hours apply, with full-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Preferred 3 years+ of RN Neuro/Stroke related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the stroke program with leadership in care of stroke patients across the continuum.
• Coordinate operations and clinical processes to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist in establishing program goals for patient-focused, cost-efficient care.
• Direct oversight of stroke program regulatory accreditation and review of stroke/neuroscience patients.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, case management, and other teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in staff education and development for continual learning.
• Develop and revise standards of care, guidelines, pathways, and order sets for stroke patients.
