Job summary

Apple Rehab Colchester is seeking an RN Staff Educator to lead orientation and ongoing training for nursing and clinical staff at our Colchester facility. You will ensure high standards of resident care through education and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate in-service sessions, collaborate with leadership, and promote teamwork across shifts to maintain exceptional patient outcomes in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state RN license and be a nurse in good standing.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and infection control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes new hire orientation and ongoing training.
• Coordinates mandatory in-service requirements for all facility staff.
• Demonstrates teamwork, patience, and a positive attitude toward residents.
