Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service education in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Position emphasizes training nursing and other associates, maintaining records, and upholding patient care quality.

Required is an RN license in good standing, a nursing diploma, and CPR certification by hire.

Formación

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Teaching/education experience preferred.
• CPR certification by hire or during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training, education, in service, and orientation.
• Maintain associate training and in service records.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
