Job summary

Life Care Center of Plainwell is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, develop and direct all in-service education in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. The role includes training nursing associates and maintaining records, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or higher from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in good standing in applicable state.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training, education, in service, and orientation.
• Maintain associate training and in service records.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.

Education
