Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan and direct in-service education across the facility. The role requires nursing licensure, a nursing degree, and experience in teaching or education to train nursing and other staff.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing must be maintained.
• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s) required.
• Teaching/education experience preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct staff training and in-service education.
• Maintain training and in-service records for associates.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Assist in patient evacuation when needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependable work habits.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and uphold compliance with policies.
