Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group's Autumn Care of Norfolk is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to plan, develop and direct all educational programs across the community, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

You will identify training needs, create plans and materials, and assess training efficacy while supporting a team culture of care and growth. Full-time, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed; wage $41–$45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work in.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• At least 2 years’ experience teaching or training adult learners.
• At least 3 years working in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, direct and evaluate all educational programs across the community.
• Identify training needs and develop training plans and materials; evaluate training efficacy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations; act as SME for policies and SOPs.

Job Summary:

The primary function of the Staff Development Coordinator (RN) is to plan, organize, develop, direct and evaluate all educational programs throughout the community in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. The Coordinator will identify training needs, develop training plan and materials and evaluate efficacy of training provided.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience teaching or training adult learners and have experience in designing training plans and at least 3 years working in long-term care in order to be the subject matter expert in policies, compliance and standard operating procedure.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday

• Wage: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour
