Qualifications

• Current RN license in Virginia is mandatory.
• Experience in educational leadership roles in healthcare is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and staff competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support quality outcomes.
• Develop and coordinate training programs for employees.
• Conduct orientations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support nursing department workflows and resident care.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
