Job summary

Willowbrook Manor in Michigan is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator. This role plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates orientation, staff education and development programs to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

You will lead CMS regulated training, supervise nursing staff, and partner with leadership to promote safety, learning, and accountability.

Qualifications

• RN license and state certification required.
• Experience in staff development or leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care standards.
• Experience in geriatric nursing and supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate orientation and staff education programs.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate assignments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of safety and learning.
