The role requires RN licensure, strong leadership, and excellent communication with medical staff, residents, and families to promote safety and best practices in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of staff competencies and annual training.
• Conduct in-services, audits, and education to promote best practices within the facility.
• Assist with the orientation of all new employees.
• Head antibiotic stewardship program.
• Maintain infection control log.
• Work hours as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records.
