Qualifications

• Montana RN license is required or multi-state compact with MT authorization.
• BSN preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in mental health/behavioral health settings preferred.
• RJIs and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS) within required timelines.
• Strong teaching, leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for assigned clinical programs and staff education.
• Develop and evaluate learning programs to promote evidence-based practice.
• Teach and train using effective instructional methods.
• Evaluate outcomes and program effectiveness against goals.
• Serve as a catalyst for organizational change and learning integration.
