Signature HealthCARE in Memphis seeks a Staff Development Coordinator to lead training and education for the nursing team. You will develop in-service programs, assess CNA competencies, and provide one-on-one coaching to ensure high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates are RNs with at least 3 years of clinical experience, CPR certification, and knowledge of applicable long-term care laws and guidelines. This is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with current state licensure.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in healthcare; long-term care preferred.
• CPR certification required; knowledge of long-term care laws and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing staff.
• Regularly assess CNA competency and provide 1:1 coaching as needed.
• Train new staff in deficient areas before tasks with residents are performed.
