Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an RN to lead the professional development program within our long-term care and sub-acute facilities in Florida. You will onboard, train staff, and rollout new regulatory training while ensuring center-wide compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Active RN licensure in state of practice required.
• Two (2+) years nursing experience required.
• Long-Term Care or SNF experience strongly preferred.
• CDC/IPCO certification required or willingness to complete within 5 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the professional development program in long-term care and sub-acute settings.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff; facilitate ongoing staff training; roll out new regulatory training.
• Ensure center remains compliant with regulatory, credentialing, and educational requirements.
